Susan Ireland is a results-driven consulting and coaching professional with over 28 years of experience in real estate management, sales and consulting.   She has a proven track record in helping companies increase profits, improve management competencies and build high-performing teams.

As a business consultant on the National Service Team with Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, she helps Prudential Real Estate broker-owners grow revenues, improve their sales process, increase sales associate and employee engagement, and overcome economic and competitive conditions.  She also provides them with coaching on recruiting, retaining, training and leading the best and most talented real estate agents and employees.   

Previously, Susan served as Vice President of Training & Education for the nation’s largest independently owned and operated real estate firm, Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc.  There, she led the efforts of training professionals across a seven-state footprint in the Mid-Atlantic. She was responsible for providing quality courses in both pre-and post-licensing to thousands of individuals annually.  Susan also spent many years as a top-performing real estate sales manager, new home sales and marketing director, and real estate sales associate. 

Her passion is helping people develop strengths they often don’t know they have, and take advantage of opportunities they don’t know exist. 

Rotarians Eradicating Polio

Susan is a member of The Rotary Club of Burke, VA.  Founded in 1984, Rotary Burke is part of a worldwide organizaation of business and professional leaders that provides humanitarian service and encourages high ethical standards in all vocations.  The members are from all corners of the world.  As the world’s first service club organization, with more than 1.2 million members in 33,000 clubs worldwide, Rotarians work locally, regionally and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto service above self.

Susan is a graduate of Jones College of Business.  She is a Certified Integrity Coach and received her coaching certification from Integrity Systems in Phoenix, AZ and her consulting certification from Innermetrix, Inc. an international consulting accreditation firm operating in eighteen countries and five continents.    Susan is also a member of  The Master Coach Council.   She lives in Fairfax, VA with her husband, Shaun.    Son Bobby is a Lt. in the United States Navy,  and daughter Katie is a junior at George Mason University.
